TERMS AND CONDITIONS
25% deposit payable on booking.
Balance due six weeks before arrival.
60 euros per week preparation cleaning charge payable on arrival (bedding is
supplied, towels are not).
Security deposit of £100 payable on arrival, in euros ,returned on departure.
Collection/return from/ to Murcia airport 30 euros, each way.
Collection/return from/ to Alicante airport 40 euros, each way.
Confirm acceptance of this quotation in writing as soon as possible as all
bookings are based on a 'first come, first served basis.
Arrival and departure days are not restricted to weekends(please ask for
details).
At least one member of the party must be over 21years of age and their name and
address must be provided as the lead member of the booking.
We do not accept large groups of the same sex for ' hen parties/stag parties.The
nightlife of the larger towns are more suitable than this area.
